Deleting old posts

ummm... I see a lot of posts that have been closed for a while and I was just thinking, that maybe you could set a time limit on a ignored post and it would be deleted after a period of time. Just a suggestion though, not trying to tell anyone how to do there job though.

Is It Opening Day Yet?

It is my philosophy that a Web site should never entirely remove content (other than forum topics that we deem old news, vulgar, etc.), so I don't intend to delete anything.

Really, does it matter? Are the old posts bothering you in some way?
