Also, if I am correct, the parks don't actually have "rights" over the rides, IE: the ride is still owned and operated fully by the manufacturer until it is handed over when it is ready to open. Even so, the people to sue wouldn't be Six Flags, but the coaster company itself.[based on what I remember hearing on the "making of a coaster" and how it works.]
