Deja Vu/Fright Fest commercial for SFGAm?

OK, first off.. "technically" the Six Flags policy is as follows:

"Due to maitenance and other circumstances, certain rides and attractions (including new rides) may not be open to the public."

Also, if I am correct, the parks don't actually have "rights" over the rides, IE: the ride is still owned and operated fully by the manufacturer until it is handed over when it is ready to open. Even so, the people to sue wouldn't be Six Flags, but the coaster company itself.[based on what I remember hearing on the "making of a coaster" and how it works.]

Jeff, you are the best! Thank you for your hard work, and your awesome site!

Is this really true? How do you know this? I really want to go.

American Coasters Network is confirming that it will be open this weekend.

So, Cedar Point, if I was at CP when MF had the cable snap, I should be able to sue them for going across 3 states to ride it? I think not... It's the same concept.

there is a difference. One is accidental and the other could be prevented.

I'll confirm media day is Thursday. It was just on our local TV (23 in Rockford) news program that one of the guys there would be riding it for it's opening tomorrow.
You live in Rockford,Kracy? I live in Rochelle and I cant wait to see Aaron Wilson ride it live tomorrow morning.
