Subbie18, there is nothing wrong with X, it will open in it's full glory soon enough. Check out some of the later posts in this thread.

How about we wait until X opens up????

Stop listening to these hairbrained stories!!
About X, it sounds like a wild rumor that isn't true. A flying dutchman instead? Now, it makes no sense...

But with Deja Vu, with it opening, it proves all rumors about it's cable system not working wrong. I'm glad. In the corner of my mind I was worried that that rumor was true (the cable-lift doesn't work, and vekoma had delays because of it.)
I did seriously doubt that, though, because the lifts were already on site, at all 3 sites.

V2, Deja Vu... how can it be better? Add Viper! Oh, wait. It's already there!
The Tram driver announced X will open in July on the tram with a ton of people on it. So I think he is right. Look at Baja Ridge if they were to cancel X they wouldn't be distroying the resuraunt
I can understand that you don't know how to explain things.

Hey Peoples, cut Jr. a little slack. Besides he may not be in Kindergarten. Wasn't this design origionally a flying design with seats on the side of the car anyway? Could it be that arrow bit off more than it could chew putting the spin on the ride? What works on a 20 foot piece of track at a trade show may not work in the real world. After all, it's a 200 foot drop. Having 4 rolling surfaces adds a ton of weight. Perhaps the land it's being built on isn't as stable as they thought? From what I hear the Intamin box desgin was done because of it's light weight The box adds strength to a much narrower structure.

It's still not tall enough!!!!!

Folks at guest relaytions don't give out information like that. This is completely fabricated.
Good points Mr. President, but just because its a "prototype" doesnt mean Arrow just thought, "Hey this design looks pretty cool. In fact, I'm willing to bet the future of this company, that it works on a larger scale." As for the land, they aren't just going to throw millions of dollars worth of steel on a plot of land they werent positive was stable. However there could be a change of vehicle design. That is possible, but again as I said very unlikely. Both Magic Mountain and Arrow have a huge investment in this ride. If anything it'll turn out to be like S:TE. It didnt work right at first but given a few years...well it still doesn't work right, but you get the idea. I dont think the rotating idea is gonna get scrapped anytime soon. If I'm wrong, I'll eat my hat.

Ghostrider = good
Yeah well... I tried. It probably is a vehicle problem or something got screwed up at the factory. Haven't seen any curved track arrive yet. It's pretty easy to make a flat piece. How can ya screw that up?

Any new news on this?

"Is Al still down there counting dimples and chads?"
I really don't think that it makes any sense to just change their minds like that anyway. Besides as everyone else has said guest relations doesn't give anything like that out over the phone. Was someone just bored with the slow construction of X. :) And I bet Magnum is still sinking.... ;)

Home Park: Knotts Berry Farm!
but also Disneyland and DCA
You are all wrong! Bugs Bunny told me they won't be able to complete "X" on time, so they will build as much as possible, and then link the track to Viper. "VipeX" will have a new station, use Viper's lift, drop, and loop, then connect to the new "X" track, thus averting all of those "rough" spots on "Viper".

Yeah, Bugs also told me that Deja Vu at Six Flags Great America would open on may 5. Now I hear that it's opening "late Spring". Bugs is a liar, along with Fudd.
