B&M's US "Inverted Patent" has no mention of the amount of seat hanging from the track. Sure, the picture *shows* four across seating, but that is not expressly covered by patent protection. Actually, all that is basically covered is that the coaster is inverted styled were the seats are "rigidly affixed" (i.e. they do not move in relation to the wheel assembly). Number of seat is nothing.
