Deja Vu at SFGAm

Oh just remebered this, The wheel assembly above the riders. You know the part where the Frame that holds the seats connects to the wheels. Well that whole assembly can rotate 90 deegrees to the left or right so it can be removed from any part of the track. But this only helps when the wooden platform wasn't in place because now they neeed a crane to get the train out. Does that help?

Alright, well I am open to both views, I have no idea if they take it off the track or not. My main concern is if they do take it off the track, how the heck do they do it. If you look at this picture here:

You can clearly see the emergency evac platform directly below the area between the loop and the cobra roll. Now i'm pretty sure they don't get a bunch of guys to walk up those stairs and carry the cars down, and I am pretty sure they can't get, nor would they want to try to get a crane in theere. Seems to me the easiest thing to do would be to pull it through the loop.

Somebody sees the light! See, I know what I'm talking about. Patrick makes a very valid point toward my case.
Good grief. Everyone knows that in the even of the train valleying in an "unrecoverable" position, they take it off the track and reassemble it on the transfer track. Jeez, people.

NO THEY DON'T. It is the biggest lie ever. If it vallies between the loop and cobra roll it is IMPOSSIBLE to recover. The wooden platform blocks any sort of bob cat or small crane from being able to lift individual cars off the track and pace on the ground. They now physically tow the train up to the cobra roll and back to the station.

I think you missed the point of my post...

Right G.P., if it cannot be recovered, they have to take it off the track. What SFGAm man and I am saying is that we think the train can be recovered inbetween the loop and cobra roll without having to dissasemble it. I would be willing to bet that they have a permanent fixture in place to do this and granted it would take some time to complete this task, it would take much more time to dissasemble and reassemble. Especially being that it is an inverted roller coaster.
SFGAM man, Patrick, KrazyKoaster, and I know what we are talking about people. There is no possible way to bring something in to disassemble the train. They move it through the loop to the second tower to be hoisted up and thrown back through the ride and into the station. It's rediculous to take apart the train and transfer it all the way to the "transfer track". Is there even a transfer track on that ride? If so, where is it?

*edit* I think what G.P. is saying is that there is no transfer track. I'm thinking he's making fun of the people talking about the disassemblance of the trains.

there is no permanent fixture in place to recover the train in the the "valley of no return". They bring in a crane and just muscle it through the loop. any way does anyone know Deja Vu's current state?
