DDR meeting Calendar

I was going to start a thread in the DDR forum, but I figured that might be considered by some as "wasting space" so it occured to me that we have enough people around that play we could probably maintain a DDR meeting calendar?

I'm just a beginner compared to some of you folks (I can pretty consistantly pass 6-footers on PS2, that's as far as I go) but I'd still rather go to the mall with someone I know to play some versus or something than just go-it alone (Plus I've never been on a machine in a crowded place before and am a littler nervous to not have anyone around I know!)

Just thought it would be a simple to implement idea ...

what are you talking about because I don't really understand what your point is.

See the meeting calendar link on the right side? Have a DDR meeting calendar - a place to say "hey I live near this place that has a machine, anyone else wanna come play?"

I can't understand people who can't spell out "you."

Judgement day: please change u to you.

I like the idea and hope there is a calnedar but I don't think it will be implemented. This idea is cool because I have not seen a ddr site that has a meeting calendar and it will be cool to see ddr players and coaster fans.

Jeff: If you were to agree with this meeting calendar, then you should do the listing by states. If you have a better plan then use it but I would list it by states.

I would need to implement an entire location database a la DDRfreak.com, which is going way too outside the scope of coasters to mess with.

Ah -- Yea, sorry Jeff didn't think that one out. Oh well, guess I'll just try and find a local. And no, I live in Pittsburgh, PA - if anyone wants to go to the Robinson Mall tonite to play, let me know ASAP! (Email me)

WILLDOG: Your spelling and grammar is just as bad as his, so if I were you I wouldn't be speaking ;).

Sorry. Can someone please rewrite what I wrote because im not sure how to correct it. The only thing I can see wrong is capitilization.

How is not capitalizing correctly any better than using abbreviations for words? :oP
