^They are having a 'bring your own Allen Wrench and pliers to remove the shoulder bars' party.
They have just started digging up a staggering # of parking spots for this ride. Most of the ride is not however in the parking lot.
The most recent rumour is a Giga Launch coaster with inversions after the mid course. ;) The funny thing is that i'm not making this up, it's actually the common thought on the local fan page.

Supports in the house!

I saw the truck carrying these on I-71 NB coming from the Cincinnati area on Friday evening, if that means anything.
Not only supports, but B&M supports. And by the looks of that tag supports for a(nother) mega coaster... Label Pic from CWMania
I am really confused about two things here.
1. If that label reads the way I think it does, then why another Mega at CW?
2. What would B&M be doing to warrant the statement given by the enthusiast? (putting massive hype aside)
The only answer I can come up with that answers both of these questions is that B&M is about to do something none of us thought was going to happen. I have no idea what it is, but it has to be something pretty out there.
All I see is a bunch of gibberish when I look at that label. You must know secret enthusiast code or something.
How is that a confirmation of b&m?
I am referring to the "Part number" section of the label. It seems that the first two letters of that number are abbreviation for the coaster type. I know that Intimidator had MC for it's number and that is a mega coaster. Sheikra has DM for dive machine. (this is in the "DESC" part which is the "part number" on newer labels) The inverted coaster going in a Parc Asterix has IC in this portion of the number. So I do not see why this would be any different. :)
Pictures of labels below with a few more thrown in that I am not quite sure about yet. :)
Intimidator (Carrowinds Connection)
Sheikra Edit: have to google ("Sheikra B&M label", forgot we can't have TPR on here)
Inverted Coaster going in at Parc Asterix (Screamscape)
Hair Raiser (Note; this says SC because I think a floorless might still considered a sitting coaster by B&M in terms of manufacture (Thrillnetwork)
Dollywood 2012 (rumored wingrider, notice the WI in the part number (Thrillnetwork)
EDIT to add: That is a B&M part label Tekwardo, and some of these pieces were seen leaving on flatbeds from the Cincinnati area, around where the B&M plant is located.
There is alot of clues that lead into all sorts of directions on this coaster. I haven't ruled out anything yet. I was however about 95% sure this coaster was going to have a launch. Anyone think B&M will try their hand with another launch?
|I believe it's going to be a combo of 2 excisting idea's.... Such as floorless giga, lauched giga with inversions, possibly a wing rider dive machine.... who knows. Obviously it won't be a B&M hyper like the code suggests. Maybe 200' but with more to it. Two B&M hypers at one park... whats next 2 water coasters at one park... oh wait ;)
Wow. A genuine Paul Reuben quote! I'm sooooo excited now! This is the coaster I've been waiting for! :)
Please, Cedar Fair...don't name it Raptor.
Kevin: Don't worry, they are more likely to call it "Thunderhawk."
