CP:Not going back there for a wile!

went to the park for 3 days. sunday monday and tuesday.
magnum: wanted to love this coaster but i couldn't. rode it in 5 diff seats including front and ejector seat. its a decent ride. not top ten material
mantis: hurt my legs and gave me heart problems on my first ride. i was actually scared to ride it again. but i did, in the front and it was better in the front. barely top ten material.
disastor transport: the highlight of my trip. i had heard how bad this was and it was awsome. i loved it. the fact that its in the dark is sweet. i want to ride outer limits:FOF so bad now. top ten material.
raptor: it was my number three coaster before i went and after my visit it is now number two. no waits, 3 trains, out of control, awsome lift noise. the parks only true to 5 coaster. top five material
wicked twister: this ride was good but not great. i liked superman ultimate escape better then this(prob because WT runs at like half power) and because the ride ops on WT were glueing me to the chair. not top ten material
Millennium force: The reason i came back to the point. this is anticipointment at its finest. for 2 years i heard how this coaster was the best in the world. it was a bit better then Superman at SFDL it beats superman SFDL because no dead spots. i love how theres no helixes. thats supermans only downfall. Who says MF doesnt have enough air time??? air time in every seat. but it was lacking something. prob more hills. to big of a wait! i waited over an hour 5 times for rides. top ten material
i have come to the conclusion that SFWOA has the better coasters and CP has the better ride capacity. neither park was over and above in the freindly department.
i will not be returning to CP at least till 2 more coasters are built. they have one awsome ride and a few mediocre rides.IMO. i was bored after the first day of the park. i went to IOA for 5 days and i wasnt bored till the 5th day. and they only had 3 rides i liked(ice, fire and dr dooms)
the rest of the rides i rode for te cound and they wernt special.

Two questions:
As stated, if you hated the park so much, why go back for 2 more days?
"Not top ten material": So I suppose there are only 10 good coasters in the world?
One suggestion:
Before starting a thread that will certainly draw the flames, at least make sure your spelling is correct in your title ("not going back there for a wile") No need to set your self up for even more flames by handing people such easy material.
One observation:
Your screen name in combination with your comments about IOA in your next to last paragraph again reinforces my sinature line (see below).

But as a small spark (not really a flame) if you say that there are two top ten material coasters, how is only one of them "awesome" and the rest "mediocre". I dont knw what "top ten" means to you, but I would not refer to any of *my* top ten rides as "mediocre".
But yet another "insight from the GP", T said her favorite parts of S:ROS (Darien Lake and America) were the "circles" (i.e. the helixes). Go figure!

Geez... give the guy a rest. He never said he hated CP, he just said he feels that other parks offer better amusement. That's his opinion and you can't change a damn thing about that. It always seems that whenever someone sais something negative about the 'holy grail' under the of amusement parks, some people feel personaly offended. Guys: it's just a park! So let him have the opportunity to speak. I myself have never visited any of the American parks, but when my beloved coastertour starts, for which i'm saving money now, i think my first visit will be to CP.

I like the ride too but it would really be top 10 material? Also what other rides did you go on?

SLFAKE. thats just a rating scheme. you could have 40 coasters that are top ten material. they might not be top ten, but they are worthy of being top ten. it just beats the old 2 out of 10, 5 out of ten ranking that EVERYONE uses in their trip reports.

i hit 14 of the 15 coasters, power tower(both), dodgems and maybe one other ride(cant think of anymore)

You're welcome to feel however you want about CP. You might wish to use capitalization and spelling. Do you really want your topic to get closed/nuked? It happens for those reasons. (Tos - Section 1) People will also take your opinions more seriously if you do.

Are you positive about PKI being open? Because I thought that I checked it and it was closed. If I had of known this I would have. Also I bought a pass to the point thinking it wold be way better then it was. so I wanted to get my moneys worth.
Peabody: That better. I used capitalization that time. I try to type as fast as possible at all times(practice makes perfect) so I dont really use that much capitalization or spelling. But if it causes a problem here then I have no problem taking the time.
Also I bet I'm the worst speller in this forum. And frankly I don't have the time to sit here with a dictonary and look up all the words that I spelt wrong.

Helices ROCK, jeremy, T is a "keeper"....:). But seriously, even though I got the lesser S:RoS at your homepark, that WHOLE thing was the awesome part to me....AND, it even ranks in my top-10....;)
coasterr: Why dont you read all of my posts. It says in one of them that I didnt think any of the parks around the area were open and I didnt want to cut my trip short because it was my only one of the year.
Also I forgot to mention that I was with other people. They didn't find it to be that boring and they did not want to leave.

As a casual observer to this site I can't help but notice how people get lambasted for having a negative comment about CP. If that is truly his opinion, so be it. One more obervation I have made is some people consider themselves coaster fans but if the "other" company has a new ride it gets ridiculed. It should not matter what company has what. Just enjoy the rides.
Well I know how badly I got flamed for "constructively criticizing" SFGAm (:)), so I won't flame you.
For everybody who deosn't think MF is great, I have one question.....front seat?
Leg pain, I understand, but heart troubles on Mantis? I'm a bit confused there.
I think WT is now back at full power.
You enjoyed yourself........you know it! :)
Thank you for your honest opinion about CP without yelling and screaming about it (like I did).
