CP Freeway (virtual queue) Expanding

Much like how Mantis's lines seemed to jump when MF opened, I think Magnum's line will spike at certain parts of the day when the TTD queue is bombarded with people, which will cause people to get Freeway for Magnum, for which by the time they actually go to Magnum, the line will probably have died down (how's THAT for a run-on sentence!). I think the real winners this year will be midday Raptor, Blue Streak, and WT lines, which I hope will be practically non-existent.

Of course, I could be totally wrong and the entire park could be packed all year...

We all just have to wait until the summer...

Craig's got the idea! I'm afraid that an hour of ERT on Maggie will be no more with the addition of Dragster. However, I think that the ERT will now transfer over to MF and Mantis in the morning...protein for breakfast anyone!? :)

They say you can only get one stamp per day but I'll tell you right now they wash off pretty easy.

What the heck kind of Freeway stamps are you getting? I want to go to the distribution station where you're getting yours, because they sure as heck don't wash off of my hand easily.

If it is available to you, any water used in a pool at Soak City will destroy that stamp with a little bit of rubing

I don't care what anyone says, Magnum is better then Millenium Force.

If you get the stamps in front of the ride your getting the stamp for they just use a regular ink pad for the stamp thats the only place I have ever got the stamp at. They have always washed off pretty easy.
Maybe the best solution to help motivate parkgoers to Freeway any ride other than TTD (which will run out of stamps way too early this summer) is to give folks the option of grabbing just one stamp at TTD (and possibly MF) or any two stamps at the other coasters.
I had a hard time keeping my stamp at Soak City last season. Why couldn't they use some sort of ticket?
Because tickets can be stolen, scalped, lost, etc. Stamps can only be used by their rightful ownder and are a lot harder to lose.

I sure hope this is true. Now that the morning ERT on maggie is presumably gone, I have no idea what I'll do if I ever get there that early!

Wait, it jsut hit me - you got your getaway guide! Lol....I've yet to get mine :(...anyway

I do see the logic in Magnum's line expanding with TTD...maybe we will see "increased" ( And I use the term with great caution) rides on corkscrew. Maybe it'll have consecutive full trains! lol

English Why?
Micheal,

Did you notice we have the same Birthday?

I hope to be able to get a stamp. I wasn't able to last year. When I was over at MF and saw the line it was bigger than the regualar line and I heard it took about as long and not everyone in line even got a stamp.

When it says you're allowed 2 Freeway stamps per day, does that mean you can get 2 right away, or do you have to use the first one before you can get another?

From my experience...

You don't have to use the first one before getting the second.

"Scroll buttons aww yeah...like that, heart attack."

It's one stamp per hand. And if you're trying to get a stamp for Millennium Force (or Dragster once they start doing stamps for that one) they'll check your other hand to make sure it isn't already stamped for the same ride. :)

Does that mean a Zaphod Beeblebrox type could have three Freeway stamps?

CP took a big hit in this month's Consumer Reports because of wait times so anything they can do to appease the GP will help.

Wait times long? That's what you expect from Golden Ticket winners, correct? I read some Tr's from a few SF parks and while all rides were virtual walkons, the people visiting said the park was deserted too. So with awards comes gripes. Life goes on.

WW is fun. CP_M @ TN and Perfectbowler @ SFN.

So far, TTD hasn't affected Magnum or Corkscrew at all. However, I do expect an increase in riders as the season gets in full force. The Freeway entrance on Magnum is hooked into the last que (the one closest to the station) and comes in on a new path built through the trees (pretty much where people would line-jump for the last couple of years) on the front seat side of the ride.

Hmmmm, good question rideman. I wonder what the probability of someone with three arms visiting cedar point actually is. Or should I be asking for the improbability?
