Last year I put in my information to recieve the toll free booklet but it never showed up at my door. Is this still a reliable number to call for the extra coupons, events, discounts etc.

The illustration was impressive back in the day when it was sent to me (1998). Photography is awsome in the sense of being up close a personnal. Do you guys know if they distribute only in certain areas? Also, what can I expect from this year that can really benefit me if I was to make a couple trips? Thats to say if I can get one.

I really appreciated the extra money saving squares. Lets hope I can get one. Any info on this would be great.

Ask not what you can do for a coaster, but what a coaster can do for you.
Not trying to be a smart-a$$, but what is a 'toll free' booklet?

I got one for fun one year and that happen to be the year I got there, I was so glad I got the getaway guide, turned out VERY usefull.

yea, CoasterDiscern, your best bet is to contact Cedar Point directly, im sure they would send you one at no cost. you could also try any tourism sites for the Sandusky area, or if all else fails, google search it lol. if you have AAA, sometimes they have lots of coupons/discounts and access to the like. good luck:)

Cedar Point web site is telling me to call the toll free number under most frequently asked questions. I can't find any other access to the getaway guide.

Do you think the new getaway guide is complete? When do you think I should call. Its only January 2nd. I'm not sure what to do.

Call the park. Worst case scenerio, they tell you it's not ready yet. Best case, they mail you one.

^ I called the one eight hndred number and talked to the reservist for castaway and breakers. Really nice girl, and she took down my address, street name, province, city, postal code and had a chat with me. She told me they are not being printed yet but can be expected for delivery at the biggining of april. Also, she pointed out that I should look for it in the mail by the end of april and that I would get one regardless of my hometown location. Pretty cool. Looking forward to it.

I have not seen (a) getaway guide in a really long time. Can anyone tell me what to expect with my getaway guide? If not though, thats alright.

Thanks for listening!

If you don't receive one, you can always stop in to Guest Services at the park, if you're visiting, and pick one up.

I think you should start calling the park every hour on the hour until they call you back. If you don't get them to send you one by Januray 5th, you're SOL. These things are a hot commodity. Seriously.

^thanks but I don't think every hour on the hour of my phone calls is worth a getaway guide. Thanks for the pointless gesture.
