Call me crazy.
OK, you're hot. Oops, I mean crazy! ;) Now about that 3-bencher....
mOOSH [really glad Gonch has a sense of humor]
However...
Logic would have it that more people would be picking up the freebies as opposed to paying a price for a qbot.
Also...
Just because all of the qbots may be given out early in the day, it doesn't mean that is it for the day. As Gonchar said, as people leave, they turn in their bots. I don't think anyone would turn in unused "freeway" passes. *** Edited 8/16/2005 8:12:15 PM UTC by SLFAKE***
It's one of the GOOD things about Disney that just makes them different...and for them, *everything* is different...
The Q-Bot thing worked well during my last visit at Great Adventure, but like Bill said you run a chance of getting "mixed in" with all the other "lines". It worked well for Di and I but we were lucky. :-)

And now I hear that Q-bots are not as limited as I always assumed they would be? What if every guest in the park was waiting in 2 or more lines at a time? That would be a nightmare.
Please CP, don't give the makers of Q-bot a chance to segregate your valued guests. It's like the rich get richer by stealing from the poor...People who can afford a bot will take away rides from people who can't.
Kudos to Hersheypark for not giving in to the "pay-to-cut" hype, so far.
We have talked this to death...this is how I feel.
Sometime last season there was a story on a local radio station (WHP580 our of Harrisburg) about Hershey and the practice of "pay-to-cut". The spokesperson said that at the time being, the park does not do this, and there are no plans in the imediate future to do this.
I found it odd that this story was on the air out of the clear blue, and I wondered if it was some sort of test balloon Hershey was floating to see what the reaction would be.
Before a wide scale "fast past / qbot" system, I would not be surprised if we may see a system where guests at Hotel Hershey or Hershey Lodge and Convention Center (or what ever hotels are owned by HERCO or have deals with the park) would get some sort of "front line access" very similar to the way they have things set up at Universal in Florida (at least the way they used to... not sure if they are still using that system).
I guess they're trying to boost their end-of-season attendance? These are pretty drastic moves if you ask me. And who are these new Tony and Tyler guys? I guess it's a new marketing campaign?
Anyway, just thought you'd be interested to know!
