Coolest Sounding Coaster

Great Bear at Hershey Park. The ride goes all around the park and no matter where you are you hear the BM roar. At night it sounds like the world is falling down around you, hence the name.

Gotta love the sound of Riddler's Revenge. i am surprised it isn't mentioned more. I don't know any other coaster on earth that roars like that beast. Mean Streak is the best sound for wood though. If you haven't heard it, it sounds like an earthquarke and cats mating at the same time! How can you not fall in love?

BlueStreak83, Great Bear doesn't go all the way around the park but it is a great sounding coaster. Especially when it screams into the Immelman.

Probably my favorite would be Son of Beasts roaring chaindogs or Vortex's drop. When in line for the Beast that thing is loud!

Yep Son of Beast's chaindogs, Flight of Fear's launch and its roar, The Beast's rumble and screaming in the tunnels. I love Vortex first drop. Jees I just love KI's sounds.

You are right RCmuzikguy, Great Bear does not go all the way around the park, but what I meant was you can hear it from almost anywhere, espically if you are on the right hand side of the park.

S:TE, is sounds like an airplane taking off, Riddler's Revenge is cool as well as Top Gun at PGA, I think they adjusted the "Roar" so it would sound a lot like a jet.

Any LIM is great, but I especially like listening to the roar of Jokers Jinx as it goes through the tunnel...the way the sound reaches a crescendo (sp?) before emerging out of the tunnel...it's pretty wild.
