CONFIRMED! B&M for WOF in 2006

Swung by the fabricator this afternoon. Doesn't look like any track has left yet; there's getting to be a pretty good pile out front. Never seen so many pieces around the side waiting for the paint shop before.

If anybody's interested, they've got a help wanted sign out front, looking for a master welder.

OMG grabs Master Welding for Dummies and head to Ohio :O)~

Also I know this is a WOF topic but i have to as you BogeyMon Is there any other track at the fabricator plant besides the track for WOF and the flyer for China. Mainly I'm getting at, is do you see any other track that might be headed to Socal for SFMM 06. I'm starting to think this rumored coaster for SFMM is not going to be B&M, Screams track was onsite in Ohio before most even knew the name and coaster type. Yet the only photos that have came out is of track for WOF and China, which is why i'm doubting SFMM is getting a B&M for 2006.

sorry back on topic

I am not feeling that color scheme and hope that it looks much better once it's all together. I also think a flyer would fit the patriotic theme better IMO. I just hope since this seam to be an invert that you get something with a nice intense steep drop unlike Sliver bullet, and have an amazing intense layout unlike Sliver bullet. Hopefully it's something like Talon since that's one of my favorites.

Just looked from the road, didn't trespass, er, borrow their driveway to get a closer look.

Does seem curious they're making track this early. Could be more orders in the pipe, could just as easily be some other large non-coaster job that has them fabricating right now.

I thought there was 3 B&M coasters being added in the US next season.

I-beams for the station showed up today and the pics have been sent to Swoosh for MidwestInfoGuide.

I was at WOF on Sunday and was trying to envision what the layout would be from the Mamba lifthill. I was bummed there wasn't any track on site as I was hoping to catch a peak.

Fever I really enjoy the Simpsons. It's just a shame that I am starting to LOOK like Homer.
Like jive mentioned... parts are starting to show up.

Beside Patriot, any other parts for B&M coasters at the plant?

Are there any flags across the rode in the OE's lot? That would be sweet if Patriot jumped the road and dove into the OE's ravine. A boy can dream can't he? Still hoping for interlocking loops. :)

Track is now on site (Lot E). Two pieces of station track have arrived and accompanied by the I-beams supports that we showed you yesterday. Hopefully this signals that we are ready to start building upward. However there is still a lot of footer wire laying the field.

WOW this is great to see. Thanks for the Update Swoosh. I am going to try to get to the park Saturday, can't wait to check this stuff out. It's amazing how fast this stuff starts to show up.
Now curvy track has appeared at the park. Is there any NEW track sitting outside the plant in Ohio?
I found it really amusing that Patriot's station is a complete replica of the station design that was used on Knott's Silver Bullet. Take a look:

Bah, nothing like opening up a six month old topic again, is there?

The Silver Bullet does appear to be a little higher of the ground than Patriot, but hey, if the station design works, why not use it again?
Works for me.

Then again I never realized that there was a station design contest underway and that everyone was being judged on uniqueness. ;)

Wow, that looks like it will be one heck of a ride!

Since we are comparing the two, for anyone who has been on Silver Bullet, what do they have to accommodate for the line for the front seats? There is some concern that the way the Patriots line is set up could be an issue.
