Community Forum

I was just wondering why there isn't a community forum for people to locate others who live in the same part of the world as them. It would be nice to know other CBuzzers in my locale. I think it would help the site grow by leaps and bounds as well.

Because anyone that encounters another person that seems interesting to them will contact them off-site. I've had no problem meeting people that way.

Well for one example, at BeastBuzz I know there were other CBuzzers from Nashville there because I saw their names and location on the registration clipboard as I was signing it. I have no idea how to contact them offsite or even onsite though. I don't know who these people are, and they live in my own city. That's why a community forum would be helpful.

Maybe they don't want to be contacted.

Just watch the meeting calendar for posts at your home park.

Hobbes: "What's the point of attaching a number to everything you do?"
Calvin: "If your numbers go up, it means you're having more fun."

Hmmm it's still hard for me to consider Nashville Valley a "home park". Maybe more like a home carnival.

Stalkariffic!

I think people who wana keep in touch the Thrillerman will find him. It's never been a problem for my Stalkettes.

Unless of course, they confuse you with Thilllerman2...Wait, perhaps you do have a point.

NOTE: Severe fecal impaction may render the above words highly debatable.

There is, of course, looking @ people's profiles. If people want you to know where they are, they'll put it there. thats how I found out I wasn't the only hillbilly on here, thanks to Tina:).

That's just it, there is a mechanism to contact other members if they choose. If they have their privacy setting off, the profile will show whatever information they want to post, plus a link to e-mail them.
