By the way, one guy, who I won't name here, mailed his registration Tuesday and I got it today. I sent him e-mail asking him not to show up. As I said, I gave the park a head count already and do not have additional tickets to give.

Well, he can still show up but not for ERT or the lunch. :)

I went out and got 100 of the name badge thingies for tomorrow. I will try to show up right at eight so that everyone can use these. If there are more than 100 showing up than you wont get one if you are late ;)

My flight from San Antonio to Chicago was just cancelled due to the lovely spring weather in the Midwest. Rebooked, but I won't make it in until tomorrow evening... IF the weather ever improves.

Sorry to hear that Olsor. Yeah, we are taking a beating right now. Every warning imaginable for thunderstorms and tornadoes have been going on for the last hour.

We might get lucky and avoid rain tomorrow morning but the way it's been here for the last week, I am not getting my hopes up.

Weather.com is now reporting a 60% chance of "strong storms" for Saturday, with thunderstorms "possibly severe, especially in the morning".

You may not believe this but i was watching the TV in my kitchen and lightning hits the TV bounces off and comes within inches of me. I loud boomb came and I screamed like a girl. I can bearly hear right now so if you see me you may need to yell. The Airports are closed and may not open to later, I live under the Ohare flight pattern and trust me you do not want to land right now. If you can get a flight to milwakuee take it and rent a car to drive down to gurnee or your hotel.

Just got to my hotel...the lightning gave quite a show comming in...Hope everything pans out for a descent day

Looks highly doubtful tomorrow for any ERT as it is thunderstorms the entire day. My guess is that most of the park will not open tomorrow because of storms. This really sucks for all the people coming out from far away just for this event. Sunday doesnt look much better.

I don't post here very often, but I will be there tomorow and I will be wearing a CB shirt! :) I didn't know when this date was, but it just happened to be on the few days I get to go! :)

Good news for you out-of-towners, the planes are strating to come in again.

Time prevents a full reply right now but here's some info tie you over. I'm posting from my hotel getting ready to head downtown for a Cubs game tonight if the the damn weather cooperates.

ERT was a washout due to rain but Six Flags did provide us each with two of the Fastlane Passes which were good for 8 rides. They also provided some beverage coupons. Considering what they charge for Fastlane that was a good deal in itself.

Crowds were light early but the Fastlane Passes came in handy later after the weather improved and the crowds picked up. I personally had a great time and although I'm a newer member I met some great "Coasterbuzzers".

I'm sure as more of us filter back home more reports appear.
