Part of the problem with selling SFA is that a lot of the land is wetlands, that the park can't build on, plus there's a protected historical site past Batwing.
And I fully agree with Gonch about Joker's Jinx. It's awesome!
I think the deal with Universal, Sea World, and Busch Gardens still exists. When I did it about 8 years ago it was $200 for 10 days at any of the parks and you could buy it at the ticket window.
