CoasterBuzz Family Club Membership - Card Per Person?

Does each person receive a membership card for a family membership?

The Holiday World web site mentions that club members receive a season pass discount, but it only applies to card carrying members.

So do we each get a card or do we share a card?

I'm also curious to this, but for a different reason, Coastermania '06. It mentions that "Tickets may be purchased for one guest who is not a club member." I think my question goes right along with Gemini Greg's, do you get seperate cards, or are all the names on one card?
