Not likely to ever happen. There is a mobile version of the site that does everything the site does, for the most part.

You can turn a webpage into an app-like button on the iPhone/iPad/iPod anyways. The mobile version is very nice.

How would you do that?

When you're on the site you want to add to your home screen in Safari (assuming that's what you use), touch the share button at the bottom and select "Add to Home Screen."
Ah. That's the problem. I'm not using Safari.

What is the point of the Windows Phone App? Or was it a programming experiment?
Also, aren't many apps simply shells on top of Safari anyway?
Why would anyone not use Safari on an iOS device? Are there benefits to using something else? Is it like using Google Maps instead of the dreaded Apple Maps? I didn't even know that there were other browsers for iSO.

We use one that filters questionable content because the kids use the iPod pretty regularly.

So even when the kids are older, Coasterbuzz will be blocked, huh? ;)

I use Google Chrome as my browser on Iphone 5 6.1. A lot better than Safari.
My Beautiful wife, Julia, is the best thing that has ever happened to me!
As far as rendering goes, Chrome for iOS essentially is Safari, just with the bookmark syncing and what not.

I love the Chrome mobile browser, but unfortunately no other app drains my battery as fast as Chrome does.

I would love to see an android app! I really like the mobile version of the website but the app would be a little more convenient. I usually visit the site once a day but I could see myself obsessively checking an app every time I turn on my phone. haha Even if android doesn't get an app I still will continue to visit the site most days.
What exactly is more convenient about an app? The browser is the container for this "app."
