Millennium Force: The lake, all the little coasters (Magnum, Mean Streak, Gemini) to the right, the awe of knowing that the 182 ft. tall blue thing parallel to you on the lift hill will be crested with you flying over it in moments, the lsit goes on and on.
Magnum
Mean Streak: This is the only ride where you can get a perfect view of every coaster at CP.

what's life if you never get to the point, CEDAR POINT!!!
I would have to say the Matterhorn at Disneyland. I mean all the way from the top. The few times I have been blessed enough to go up there, the view was spectacular. I could see Ghostrider clear as day as well as the Hollywood sign. I wish everyone could experience this view. The Beast is also great with that view of the woods, knowing that in a minute you will be racing through them. As far as Goliath goes, what is so nice about a parking lot?
-------------
Say no, to lap bar nazis!
ill have to go with the beast and vortex at pki because all you can see is the forest in the shape of the hills oh my goodness there are sooo many trees. ha ha

Cause I am whatever you say I am if I wasn't then why would I say I am.
Thunder Road at Carowinds has a good view. At the top of the hill look to the right and you have this magnificent view of Charlotte when it's a clear day. As for that, the view from just about every ride that goes above tree top level, has a good view of Charlotte! At night, it's even better, nothing but lights on every building!
-------------
What is life without ups and downs!?!?
I would have to say Volcano at PKD... that little circle of blue as you go up is true beauty :). Also, as FloridaFlyer mentioned, Tennessee Tornado has an excellent view of the mountains and forests. It will be even better in the next few years as the foliage returns after construction.

Release Drachen Fire!
(2000 - PKD, Dollywood, SFA, BGW)
Goliath and Viper at SFMM were great. Seeing all the other coasters and the millions of hills in the grapevine that just go on and on!

What does every park do when they don't have enough money for a big coaster? BUILD A BOOMERANG!
To GhostriderCCI, parking lot? Just look to the right and you can see Superman coming right towards you!

SOMETHING IS COMING!!!
In 2001 a new *beast* will rise at SFMM.
The Red Devil at Ghost Town In The Sky has an incredible view. It is way up on the side of the mountain. When you go into the 2nd turn, you look down to your right and there is nothing but the side of the mountain below you....and the valley way,way down below. Sometimes you see small clouds below you. Going back up to the station, when you look down to your left, right there beside the track is a sheer straight drop down the side of the mountain. WAY DOWN. It is quite a view.
During the day, the first hill on The Beast looking out over the fall colors was beautiful.
And at night, at the top of the second lift hill looking back over the lights of the park.
