Coaster Vids on Kazaa

Whats Gnutella? Never heard of it.

"This Movie spent way to much money on special effects, look they couldnt even afford to buy those little dudes shoes!"
Without getting technical, because I'm not a computer geek (though I'm sure our residents could fill you in more if you like :-) the Gnutella network is the basis for 3 of the big file sharing systems out right now, Morpheus, Kazaa and Limewire.

Each of the three has different front ends (aka graphical representations, what it looks like on your screen) and sponsors but all 3 are using the same protocol and thus, share files with each other. I could be sharing files with you by using Morpheus while you were hooked up with Limewire because it's all on the same protocol.

All that aside I *still* use Audiogalaxy because my favourite genres (Trance/House/Progressive/etc.) are rarely blocked there and I have a lot more luck finding what I like. That said Audiogalaxy is sure to suffer the same fate as Napster eventually because it's actually hosted on a physical server that can be shut down while Gnutella is simply peer to peer and has no dependence on a central server or web site, thus, it'll be almost impossible to shut down.

I found a couple of vids last night (around 2am EST) - one of the Hulk and one of Gwazi - the user I found them with had more but I only got two. I was on the KaZaA network, so if you plan on looking around for some (I've had the most luck there) make sure you use a program that connects to KaZaA. The new Morpheus does not. Use KaZaA (assuming you don't mind the spyware) or Grokster (easier to remove the spyware and still keep useable) or a similar program that connects to KaZaA.

The vids do seem like they're copied from a commercial video, but have been edited (poorly at times). The footage is just to "good" to not be pro. I wish the editing were as good. The two I grabbed are a combo of onride and off-ride footage.

So if you guys are still looking coaster vids are being traded but they're still hard to find.

I have KaZaA and I have about 60 videos available for download. Some are animations, others have music, others are POV's, etc. I've got a lot and I have seen people download them from me. It just sucks since you never get any results when you search for "roller coaster" and the like.

That's why you have to add keywords and a description to them, haux. You can do it in the program under "my kazaa" - right click a file and choose "edit details". You can add all kinds of info that helps people find your files in a search.

I used to use Morpheus until they updated it which in my opinion is bad. Kazaa is good but it messes up after being on for a while. I got a Nitro animation, 2 videos of The Chiller, and an on-ride video of Raptor from morpheus. I put my own videos on there with Nitro and medusa but people don't download them.

Fencers Ready. Hold on you just went of target. Check your back it's mostlikly there. Is you tip ok...? Are we ready? Good. Fencers ready. Fence!

Regarding home video copyrights, almost anything is copyrighted the second it is produced.

Gonchar: I have to get around to putting the keywords in on mine. i have around 15 or so. My name Is Legalos1313 if you want o search that way.
