Coaster trip section...

Have you ever considered having a seperate section dedicated to those who want help planning a trip to a park/destination? Items such as recommendations for hotels, local off-site eateries that are great, and perhaps order of coaster hints could be discussed. They could be helped out and answered by other members/visitors who may live in the area and have more expertise.

Not trying to wear any of the moderators any thinner than they already are though, but since there shouldn't be much arguing that could come from such conversation, it might be a neat idea.

Or better yet, a non-forum section that would list all area hotels, best days to visit, etc.

Of course this is all superfluous anyway. Anyone with a search engine can find area hotels and restaurant online, and the park sites have info about best days to visit, etc.

He let the contents of the bottle do the thinking; can't shake the devil's hand and say you're only kidding.

In each park's section, there is already a link to hotel info and stuff, but it is a 3rd party site. It's not that hard to find hotels on you're own. Find out which city the park is in, goto www . any-hotel-chain's-website . com and search for that city. Or easier than that, try travelocity or something like that...

Deja Vu count: 1
Will it go up this year? As long as it doesn't valley before Monday evening!

I realize most of that, but I'm talking about intangibles like for example... I can't even remember the name of it, but I know if I ever go to Kennywood to try the place that has the awesome fries (that or there about) because I read on here that it was great. Little things like that make going to a certain park so wonderful. Travelocity wouldn't have a clue about that.
