Coaster track records with anomalies?

There sure are a lot of people missing Morgan and B&M hypers. I'd think, with all the reviews they get (well, the B&M's and PR, anyway) people would be flocking to 'em like they flock to CP.

I have about 60-65 coasters in my track record, and I have yet to ride a Vekoma inverted, 4D, Giovanola Hyper, Floorless, Vekoma flying, Vetical Coaster, and B&M Flying coaster which im gonna ride in may when SFGAm opens! (im sure there is more coaster types to add to my long list, but I just cant think of them!)

I have 136 under my belt, and also have a few holes in the B&M category... No B&M Hypers, Standard Sitdowns, Fliers, or Dive Machines (Fliers and Divers are relatively new and scarce in the US, however)

No Intamin Inverteds either, not Impulse or full circuit. Technically, I have not been on any Intamin Hypers either, unless Millennium Force or Xcelerator counts as a hyper.

On the flip side, I have been on all stateside Arrow Hypers (including X) and all Giovanola Hypers.

I give up. You win. I'm just a stupid teenager who knows nothing I guess. I was simply saying that there are many differences with these coasters, go check them out on rcdb. Wild Thing is taller, and has different sized hills than the others. Also, check out the pics. All of the helices are different. By the way, I'm 16. If you would have looked in my info and not been judgemental, you would have known that though...

I'll say it again: I've *ridden* Wild Thing and Steel Force many times. I know the differences. I know they're not the same rides. However, I don't think anyone can argue they're not *extremely* similar. The differences in height of the first hill are miniscule. The other hill heights differ (as do the helices), but they both ride and feel almost exactly the same. Thus, I can't understand why only Mamba would appeal to someone when it's such a close ride to WT and SF. That's why I called them nearly/practically/almost clones.

Your info does *not* tell anyone whether you're 15 or 16. Someone who was born *sometime* in 1987 (since you don't specify a month or date) could be 16 *or* 15 right now. Do the math, surely you must have learned that in school by now.

And why wouldn't Steel Dragon 2000 appeal to someone either? It's just a giant version of all the Morgans. Can you say...two chains? ;)

I have only been on one CCI coaster, and while it was good, I know I haven't experienced some of their best. This will change soon, though.

I'm lacking two that I will conquer this season...

1. Flying Coaster - Thanks Great Adventure for helping me with that one.

2. 420' coaster @ 120 mph - God Bless Cedar Point...

I'm missing a bunch of others, but I don't really feel left out...

Happy? Check the info. Now stop bashing me and my apparent lack of education.

Guys, guys, guys! Stop both of you, please.... don't get this somewhat interesting topic closed.

Lewis, are you talking about coming out to CAC? Am I reading you correctly?

Sorry, I was planning on ending my ranting a while back. Then the insults on my education got me riled up. Again- sorry nasai. I'm going to shut up about the whole ordeal for good now. :)

I have noticed a lot of you have not updated their track record. When Jeff updated the site he made Gwazi into two coasters Lion and Tiger, so some of you have already ridden their 100th. I am still working on it. I have another trip to the east coast planed for this year. I feel that I have done preaty good for living on the west coast.
I'd say I'm pretty well rounded with what I've ridden, but I've never gotten an SLC under my belt. They're always closed at the parks I go to! Not surprising with Vekoma's reliability record. Heh.

Chasrlie, you don't really *get* an SLC "under your belt" (so to speak), that's where Acrophobia *gets* you....an SLC is something that gets you upside the head...Thwack!...;)
Hmmmm....I guess I have to pat myself on the back for a fairly well-balanced track record for 103 coasters (there's a traveling Reverchon mouse I haven't credited myself for). I don't think I've missed any major categories save for coasters with 1-2 models built in America as of 2002.

I'll get the B&M flyer under my belt without any problem @ SFGAM. The Giovanola hyper is an autumn possibility and the 4D might be a season or two out. We'll see what happens.

Thanks for the tip ZeroG! I was able to get my count up to 154 :)

The only anomalie I could find in mine was that I had over 130 coasters in my track record before I was able to add a Swartzkopf shuttle looper (Thanks to a recent trip to CA, I was able to do this, however, with Monte)

Don't feel bad Catherine, I'm at 164 and have yet to get on one. :)

I have never ridden a B&M hyper. Though I am very proud to say I have ridden Expedition Ge Force, and some great CCI's.
Hehe...you rode every B&M except their hyper, I only rode the hyper. ;)
I have not ridden a B&M inverted or floorless or flyer (that my change) a B&M hyper. No arrow hypers. Nothing over 218ft. A vekoma flying dutchman or Giant inverigo. No Schwarzkopf coasters (that changes REALLY soon). Then again I only have about 30 coasters under my belt.

Is that the event up in the northwest? If so, sadly I won't be. That region is shaping up to be a great spot for coasters, though!

I'll be on Ghostrider in about three weeks, and hopefully NewMexico Rattler sometime soon.
