Rich Rodriguez is the current crazy, as he has been for a few years now, and to beat his unofficial record you'd have to ride for around 3 months solid, if not longer...last I knew he was topping his old record of 3 months on the Boss by riding Expedition GeForce into the ground...

WTF? That was weird.
I think the best ride to do it on would be Wildfire. That ride is sooooooo smooth and it's fun no matter where you sit. The seats are lazboys aswell!

I've been wanting to get into a marathon on Nitro in order to raise money for a charity that's close to my heart. Does it help to have leverage by asking for the foundation's support, and about how far in advance do you have to coordinate something of this nature?-----------------

Let me know if you can ever get it to work. I love supporting charities, and this would be an extra incentive to help a charity!

Little A-Merrick-A could use some love. Marathon on their Mouse. It could be a fundraiser for the Lincoln Comet. I'm serious. Give me an email and we'll talk about a plan.
Well, you can pretty much forget about the Lincoln Park Comet being moved to Little-A-Merrick-A. I spoke with Darrell Klompmaker when I was at the park last week and he stated that the coaster is not worth moving due to its condition. His plan now is to construct a copy of the Comet within the next 5 years using the NAD trains he got from the coaster and some mechanical equipment he got from the woodie at Whalom Park.
But hey, it would still be great to marathon the Mad Mouse to raise money for materials so Darrell can get started on his project.

Ric Flair was hitting on the female host, he told her - "Space Mountain may be the oldest ride in the park, but it has the longest line." WOOOOO!
I think a good ride to marathon on would be one with trims that can be set on an off. Imagine trying to sleep on the Beast at night without the trims being on high.......almost impossible. I think it'd be awesome to do it on a B&M. I say we get a group of enthusiasts to do it on Nitro next summer. Anyone with me?

When marathoning would a park just have one train on and let it like just roll through the station. And if they were to do it on a boomerang like say face/off at PKI would they just have it keep going when it went through the station? But I know face/off would probally pull to many g's to ride a lot of times

I would love to marathon on Riddlers Revenge and Goliath, but has SFMM ever had a marathon? Which is the park that has marathons the most often?
