I think what Rideman said pretty much hit the nail on the head. There is a change happening in the financial institutions that are handling the amusement industry. My guess is that a bank is calling in a loan. This move will allow Chance to get their house in order and stay in business. This isn't the first time that Chance has reorganized. The first time is when Dick bought the company from his father. A few years ago it was reorganized as Chance Industries, with the seperate ride and transit bus divisions.

Really no one bought A.R.M(uk) it was taken over by Eric Bates and moved to the U.S. The Inverter design was sold to Chance.
