Cedar Point Ride Policy

Have you stood on the platform for WT? When the train goes bye everything is sucked towards it. This is why you can't have bags and such. They do have shelves to put glasses, shoes, and i put my camera on there as well.

As for what to do WT or MF first. If WT is up in the morning it should be up all day, it is not a matter of braking down as during the day I have yet to see it do that. It has just been a problem with the electric system, (What Dan Keller said at Coastermania) that they have not got fixed yet.

Anyway as I was saying. Go to Magnum first, you can get 3 or 4 rereides before a line even forms. Then work your way around the back of the park. Gemini, MS, Mine Ride, towards MF. You can get a freeway stamp then so you don't have to wait in line. Then hit the rest of the park as you see fit or hit MF then. This strategy has yet to fail me and the line for MF by the time you get to it after hitting the back of the park is only abotu an hour or less. The line never stops moving anyway which is a great thing.

The Beast and Night, They go together like Peanut Butter and Jelly

When I went to CP for Coastermania WT was closed due to electrical problems so I wouldn't know that everything gets sucked toward it. But hopefully next time I go I'll get to ride it.

Wicked Twister has been down for a long time, and today was no exception...rumor has it that it will be down all day tomorrow as well, coming back up sometime Tuesday.

Fanny packs can be taken on ALL...ALLLL rides in the park, including MF and PT...I've worked entrance for both within the last couple weeks, and fanny packs are allowed (as long as they zip up and are attached around the waist.)

Gemini goes down for the lightest drizzle at all...it goes first. The above-mentioned ones soon follow. And yes, unfortunately, the PT runs in heavy rains.

Nobody commented on the rain/thunder question. If there is lightening, most (or all) of the steel coasters are shut down, especially the taller ones. Some of the shorter one like Mine Ride might continue to run. As for rain only, most everything keeps on going. I was "fortunate" enough to get a rain ride on Millenium Force last year. It was just drizzling, so the WELTS weren't as big as they would be in a heavier rain.

I've traded in my 2000 Giovanola for a 2002 Arrow X4D :)
My other car is now an Arrow X4D!

Thanks a lot for all the responses. I am about to leave for Ohio(from nc to ohio, fun trip;)) I can just hope for the best weather and that Wicked Twister is running. Thanks again:)
