Err....yeah....
Anyway, I think it's funny that people are eagerly awaiting Maverick to show up in the banner. I mean...the weather's nice! Get outside and obsess about something else;).
PS...Just had to give a shout out that the MIA site wasn't down with the others;).

I know this sounds weird to some of you, but they're not open on Sundays down here. Carowinds' was closed up nice and tight. And I was pretty sure it was their corporate policy...
Well, nope, they'll be closed apparently. From the Chick-Fil-A website:
"We feel that is a very special day, a divine day, a day that is set aside for the family and to worship if you choose," says Cathy. Cathy has never yielded to external pressures to abandon his "Never on Sunday" policy or any other of his sometimes unorthodox business practices.
I'm not saying it's "good" or "bad", only unusual for an amusement park that's open ONLY on weekends for much of the season to open a restaurant that won't be operating on Sundays...
You still have Zoidberg.... You ALL have Zoidberg! (V) (;,,;) (V)
But other Paramount/Cedar Fair parks that DO have weekend-only operations will have a restaurant (with GOOD fast food) closed one of the two days each weekend...

And yeah, the blog does specify it will be closed Sunday. I actually almost posted the same question, but figured it *might* say something in the link, so checked it out first and saw it. :)
