Wouldn't it be nice if some park had the guts (courtesy? money?) to offer BOTH Coke and Pepsi, as well as Sprite, Mountain Dew, etc.? Or maybe a park could strike a deal with a local soda company. I'd love to see Ale-8-One served at SFKK or Ski pop at PKI.-----------------

That would be awesome! I'm in love with Skii, although, I've only seen it at one place. :(

Yes Pepsi came into existance at WOF during the 2001 season - which was to the sounds of disgust from local ACErs.
I knew of a few ACErs that liked the change because they perfer Pepsi over Coke. I prefer Dr. Pepper so I liked the change at WOF. I don't really care what brand a park has as long as they got Dr. Pepper.

I can't decide is it BGW or SDC/CC.
Coming to WOF in 2003: A New Dippin' Dots stall :-)
That marketing agreement is what will prevent both Pepsi and Coke from being at parks. WOF had coke since it's inception and switched to Pepsi to mimick the CF chain. It was amazing how much crap we got from coke though. Pretty much anything you can imagine a coke label being affixed to, we got, for free. Are there any parks that feature Mid -Continent Bottling (7-Up, A&W, RC) (mid-continent name might be changed too)?
I can only imagine what it was like to try and stock parks with soda before the plastic bags came along. That would be a huge number of cylinders! I would like (although it will never happen) for them to start using glass bottles again. It just seemed to taste so much better from glass.
Matt - I weep for the days of glass bottles. The feel of that cold bottle rim against your lips was so much better than the warm flimsy plastic.
Have you ever noticed that most soda commercials show people drinking out of glass bottles, even though they are very hard to come by?
Anyway, there's another bonus for Ale-8-One - the glass bottles are easy to find. At least in north central Kentucky and southwestern Ohio. ;)

NoLimitChic - You can find Coke in glass bottles where I live, too, but they're those little 10-oz. ones and they cost MORE than the 20-oz. plastic bottles! Plus, Coke is the only pop in glass bottles.
When I was in Baltimore this summer, I bought an RC Cola in a longneck glass bottle. It was quite tasty.

Why fill up with water fountain water, when they give away free water? That is if you were talking about Cedar Point, because that's the way it seemed.
