KD does not list their full rude closures like this. They are poorly organized.
They have a link to available rides on each day they're open, but the link doesn't work.

If they listed them, they would only be half-rude, not full rude.
I attended Carowinds last weekend. If one is looking to get away in the winter, it’s fine. But if one is looking to ride rides with minimal wait or the best park experience, it’s not a good time to go.
If the weather is nice, they get a decent crowd. Plus one only wants to travel there on a weekend where the weather is nice because of Cedar Fair’s policy of closing with attendance is too low.
With the closed rides and the one train operations, the waits for the coasters seem as long or longer than the regular season. Plus, there is much less to do and shorter hours.

I repeat...

I guess I just don't see the appeal. What's open in the park that's worth seeing/doing? I can understand the draw of the Christmas season, seeing the park decked out in millions of lights. But January-February? Yeah, I can wait until spring.
Plus the park just isn’t as scenic right now. No leaves on the trees, less flowers, water is drained from the waterways. All daytime hours, so lighting to brighten things up like Winterfest.
The only live entertainment is a local band.
This is the first season so it *could* be improved in the future (more rides, 2 train operations, shows, etc) But this years version is not a “must attend” time unless one just has cabin fever
Nothing wrong with local bands but they are low cost because they don’t require production and non visual as far as the entertainment goes They are not the typical headlining entertainment at a park.
