Can we have Forum Searches on Forum pages?

Is it just me or can I not find the Search panel for forums on the general buzz or any other sub-forum page? If it's not there, can you add it at the bottom or somewhere on those pages? I know about the news and articles one, but that's not as useful to me and I don't think others really know where the forum search is. Thanks.

There's a search box at the bottom of every thread and topic list.
