You expect me to believe that. You left out the key part of my question then changed my quote and your response after I replied.
My mother (1946-2009) once asked me why I go to Magic Mountain so much. I said I feel the most alive when I'm on a roller coaster.

...You're unbelievable, man.
I understand why you feel that way. We just have a very differentsense of humor. In order to lighten such a serious subject, I (try to)make it funny. I bet there was a teenage boy who read it and laughed. You never were a fan of GWAR, weren't you?

How about SFMMaddict and Moosh go to MM together and write two trip reports about the same trip?
That could possibly be two of the most interesting trip reports of all time. Fantastic idea!

...I have a question...If you go to a park on a school day andthey are running 1 train on some of the coasters, would you say thatthey are operating below capacity, even if each coaster is a walk-on?
Not at all. Waiting one train is not so bad. When you have to wait 30minutes to an hour or longer and they are only running one train, then I have aproblem. I've had that problem many times at the SF parks I used tofrequent...no joke.

Yes, I caught it after called me out on it.
I just tried to Quote your last post and it wont work.
Don't believe me, I don't care.
LostKause, I agree with you about running one train when the lines are long being a problem. Since that has happened to you many times I can understand why you have a problem with SF. If that happened to me repeatedly, I would not be happy either.
Edit-typos.

Imagine that, another thread on Coasterbuzz gets nasty. It's interesting that a gaggle of people with a strong interest in amusement devices can get so bitchy with each other.
All this energy spent bitching about various opinions could be better spent designing web sites that make fun of Charles for his tree thing.
This is a little over the top. I visited in 2000 and had a fantastic time, especially by SF standards. SFMM is not in my top 10 parks or anything but unless my one visit was a complete, unadulterated, freakish outlier, I am fully confident that plenty of people have had plenty of good times at SFMM.
I find your near-constant reminders of how you haven't visited SFMM in forever and won't be visiting anytime soon more amusing than anything, but stuff like this

What that means is eitheryou've set your standards for customer service so low that you overlookall the bad stuff or you're still spending mommy and daddy's money andreally don't give a crap about getting any value for it.just comes across as some sort of bizzaro anti-fanboyism, as if you can't possibly fathom anyone ever having a good time at the place, ever. I think if you despise the place, fine, and if you want remind a coaster message board all you want, fine, but nonsense like that is really silly.
It all comes across as someone daring to like a park that Moosh doesn't, oh my.
HAHAHAHAHAHA. Snap. Oh snap.
All I can say about SFMM is the park is never open on weekdays in January or February when I'm actually out in L.A. to visit it. Bastards. And do they have the courage to even once apologize to me for their effrontery? Noooooo . . . Talk about one-train operation. Every time I've tried to go there, it's been zero-train operation the whole day. Bastards. Oh wait, I called them that already.

Well, they are open the first week of January, Martin Luther King Jr. Day and Presidents Day. You could come out here for New Year's.
(Don't mind me, just having fun.)

Josh: I've heard the horror stories. But seldom have I been to a park where the gang/hooliganism stuff was as bad as advertised. Exception: got to witness the end of a great fight at KI last summer, over near Racer.
Moosh: I wouldn't even pwn a kitten. :) (To this day I still don't really 'get' that terminology.)

As I understand it the term originated from someone's typo of the word "owned" (notice on your keyboard that "p" is right next to "o").
You guuuuyysss... I'm so relieved to know I'm not the only one who wasn't sure what that word was all about. I always kind of assumed it was something dirty. It looks like it should be something dirty, doesn't it?

Yeah, kind of. I assumed it was some lame way kids found to say something dirty without anyone knowing what they meant.
I know... I'm old. *sigh*

Old? Ha! I turn 44 in June*. While I'd never ask a woman her age I suspect I've got quite a few years on ya ;)
*Still acting 12.
Huh... my birthday isn't displaying any more. How on Earth are people going to send me presents!?
I'll be a perfectly ripe 34 in July.

I didn't even think to check your profile, lol. See?...I'm ten years older. Don't you be saying you're old! ;)
