BooBuzz 2008: Saturday, October 11

CoasterWarrior you can borrow my kid for Gemini Jr. as another friend is doing the same that day... we are such credit whores. My son is ten, actually Oct. 11th is his 11th birthday and he is looking forward to Maverick ERT on his B-day. He says he is going to ride MF for the first time that day too. MF will be his 132nd coaster.

Always get more than enough rides in during ERT, IMO. But this is a Saturday and, depending upon the weather, it will generally be pretty busy in the park after the GP comes in and it gets busier closer to dark. Of course, I treat Boobuzz as more of a social event, so if I don't get much riding after ERT, it doesn't much matter because I'm hanging with friends.

I don't expect to get a whole lot of riding in on Saturday apart from the ERT on Maverick. We hope to do most of the riding on Friday. My friend hasn't been to CP for 10 years or so. And he's only been there once so I'm trying to plan it so he can get his fill.
And then Saturday we are thinking of heading down to KI for their event or staying at CP and more or less hanging out and doing more of the non-ride stuff.
I'll keep an look out for you CPLady!

Thanks! I will look forward to meeting you and your credit whores family! I am looking forward to my 75th credit on Maverick... I'm actually going to make a sign of it... I didn't think I would... but heck why not!

And for Aerodynamic... We are heading to Kings Island on Sunday... Less crowds on Sunday... Maybe we can meet up and catch some good time! :-D

Sunday would be a better day for crowds. I'm sure I'll try and get my friend to extend our trip a day. I don't know if it will work though. :)

Have you been there before? It's a nice park after Cedar Point! Diamondback is growing and growing day by day! It is a good opportunity to check it out before it opens in April 2009! I'm so there when it opens in the spring!

I have been to KI a couple times. There is a good chance we will go after BooBuzz on Saturday. I want to ride the Beast and my friend would like to see a new park. It is a nice park. I'm also curious about the CF changes and getting a peak at Diamondback.
But if we don't go after BooBuzz on Saturday the chances are slim that we would go on Sunday.

Only 1 more weekend before the real thing! I can't wait! How about you guys?!

We are arriving Friday prepared to do plenty of riding.
BooBuzz on Saturday will be the icing on the cake.

BooBuzz is around the corner... Half of my coworkers know the exact thing of what's going on at BooBuzz and they are a little annoyed hearing me talking about it so I tried to remain quiet today and the next few days then Friday i will burst again with happiness and excitement! Maverick... My soon to be 75th coaster... Here I come!

For all of you, I'm looking forward to meet you and have the opportunity get to know you a little. :-D

I'm excited about our ERT on "John McCain the Ride".

^ I'm not sure about the McCain part. I have less than 27 days to figure out who to vote for. Put that aside... I'm ready for BooBuzz... only 72 hours from now before buying the tickets at the gate! :-D I prob won't be there that early. Can't wait!

Hey... I don't know if this is allow or not. My friend that was orginally planning to go is now not able to go so I just want to let you know that if you have a flood in your group and need someone with a empty slot or two for the "guest" part... ONLY 38 1/2 hours before BooBuzz 2008!

I got back from Kings Island last night after BooBuzz on Saturday and went to Kings Island on Sunday. I want to thank Jeff for organizing BooBuzz. It was load of fun! 1 hour on Maverick and ERT on other coasters! It was a blast!

It was nice meeting you CP Lady! What a sweet lady! I hope to catch you guys again down the road. I should be posting my trip report anytime this week. Again it was fun!
