I scored a 50 on the test....I *hate* rhetorical questions...
"I may be wrong, but I doubt it", by C. Barkley (and Shaq thought HE was "The Big Aristotle")...;)
Also at SFN there's been some talk about the sky escaper possibly being relocated somewhere in gotham city,SFA has in recent years had a history of adding at least one or two small flats along with the main attractions although I seriously doubt that sky escaper will ever be put back into operation at all.
That may explain why the ride's main unit is still sitting there on it's former site while only the cars were removed & put into storage behind Wild one.

Welcome to the New & Improved Coasterbuzz...now with 25% more tomfoolery and new pretty colors!
So we get fire and they get ice, eh?
If we were to hypothetically get this ride in Houston, it would hypothetically be located in the Mexicana portion of the park, hence that hypothetical name.
Where at SFA would they put this ride?

I've been advised by my legal dept. to give this one a "No Comment".....I hate them, ruining all my FUN....;)
Should get to SFA this year, right next door to The Con ya know...:) I was actually informed recently that someone had ridden S:RoS only to give it an *eh* rating....how does THAT happen! OF course, I've always been known as an *Intamin fan*....;)
They could fit all of CP onto the SFA property & still have 20 acres left over & that would still be quite a lot for expansion purposes.
Having a total of 515 acres doesn't mean they can develop everything!
Had you followed the counties regulations of SFA's land use, you would know that SFA got a zoning approval to use 118 additional acres for expansion and developement. Along with having to get additional approval to use any more land than that, they are also required to keep approximately 50% of their land undeveloped, which means that the 118 acres is just about all they're gonna get in expansion.
Seeing that SFA is currently using just a tad over 130 acres it apears that they can easily double their size and still be within the counties guidelines.

never met a coaster I didn't ride (except Junior Geminii) :(
So far 3 out of the 7 rides on the list have been added, S:ROS,Batwing & now the new water ride coming in 03,once the remaining four rides on the list are constructed where do you suppose the park will go from there as far as new rides?

I saw that on the planning board's website about a year ago,(I check the site just about every thursday to see if anything related to SFA has come up) too bad they didn't list any new attractions along with the request for expansion.
While I'm as excited as the next person about the possibilities of expansion, I believe it's a dis-service to other readers to portray the parks expansion possibilities as more than they truly are.
As far as listing attractions prior to installing them, "as the countys website has published" only those that would be considered permanent structures such as large buildings, rides and coasters need a planning board hearing and aproval. Rides of a movable nature (like the skycoaster) only need a building permit for the land clearing and platform/footers. So we could get 10 flat rides, and the county web site would have no info................

The point of my question was, where will they put it in the park that a snow theme makes sense?
I could be wrong of course because back in november when I went for my last trip of the season I saw some construction equipment sitting in the field between the picnic grounds & sky coaster/chaos area.
Of course they could easily move all this equipment back to the coyote creek section or they could just build the ride there in gotham city,or perhaps they might be doing site clearing & planning for a new coaster to go in that location in 04/05 & if a new coaster is added there it would increase the traffic near JJ thus increasing ridership.

DUDE! You really need to stop taking every little detail you see as an indication of what is to come!
usually when they use the dome building for a haunted house, they move all the equipment out of that area where the GP will be milling about. They probably just moved the vehicles there to get them out of the way for their halloween event.
