The worse part, is that they had found a home for the coaster. There was a party that wanted it long ago but the owner was asking considerably more for it then the $65k that he claims to have spent to purchase it from CF.

This guy was after a profit on the coaster (nothing wrong with that) but was trying to get big money for it. Then when it got close to the end, he sold it (sorta) to get his money back out.

It looks like 2 people that really didn't have a clue as to what they were doing, but had good intentions got in over their head. If what was posted is totally true, and there are obviously 2 sides to every story, it still seems like the owner (Mr. Woosom, or whatever) is a nut. But I think we all figured that out a long time ago.

1. I know alvey, and can vouch that he does not have more then 1 kid or more than 1 wife. Not sure where you got that info from.

2. The whole "donate a dollor" thing was a joke. Perhaps you ought to read the disclamer on his website about needing a sense of humor to be on his site.

3. Rude and crass? This thing had epic fail written all over it from the start. It was very amature how the whole thing was done(you even said so yourself).He was having fun with all of it. Read #2 if your confused about that.

4. I love the coaster just as much as some of you do, but let's be honest about it. The wood coaster has been sitting out in the elements for 5 years with NO maintanance or repairs. The coaster is nothing more than scrap now. Sure I am bummed out that it could not be saved, but I also know that even if it was bought today, there would not be much salvagable(sp).Maybe if anything, the blueprints can be used to rebuild the ride elswhere with all new wood.

Um, you must not know him that well, then, because plenty of people know his previous wive and kids. LOL And a few people know the wife before that. Personally.

Again, he only has 1 kid. His other two "kids" are adults now. Not kids anymore. And he was only married one other time....not 3. If you want to see pictures of them, check out his west coast bash 2010 pictures or the recent wisconsin trip. If he was trying to hide his grown up "kids", then I doubt he would put pictures of them in very recent trip reports for all to see. But what does this even have to do with his website, or the fun he is having with the whole big dipper mess?

Even if he had 100 kids, or 200 ex wifes, how would that change his web site? So you woulden't go on his website, or go on any of his trips because he has "an" ex wife, or grown up kids? Your acting like he murders babys or something.
