But alas, expensive to maintain I'm sure. But now with LED technology....?????
I know Mean Streak is far from being best coaster in world. But will agree that it is a beautiful ride to look at.
I don't remember the names, but a few of the large woodies in Japan that are painted white are simply amazing!
I also think there should be a prize for "most beautiful sounding" and for me that one goes to Tatsu at SFMM (or other sand-filled B&Ms for that matter).
I think most coasters can look somewhat beautiful in their own way - it's hard to say who is no1.
I also like the unreal and monstrous looks of X and Deja Vu - but I enjoy most B&Ms as well.
Besides that, I really like the pics you posted, manofthechurch :)

I'd rather die living than live like I'm dead
My first thought when I read the thread subject was Mean Streak...then saw "painted" and "steel" and shrugged. Although there are some gorgeous looking steel coasters, to me there is nothing like a woodie lit up at night.
Coming from the same site i found a good pick of Mean streak at night.
