Registration deadline is NOW. Remember that on-site registration will be limited. This is necessary because we can't just allow an unlimited number of people to show up and expect the catering folks to deal with it. :)

Looks like a good time, Jeff, as always.
2AM! I better bring the nodoz!

Sorry for being clueless, but what day is that? I might buy a membership and make the hour drive for three hours of night rides on Beast. If possible can someone send the official announcement, or link me to it or something? Thanks in advance.

Down is the new up.
Click on the Red Coasterbuzz Club link at the top of the page. That being said - it is not 3 hours of ERT on the Beast. They usually rotate us through the rides 1 by 1 or in pairs. Last year I think we got about 30 mins or so on Beast - maybe a little more.
I can not wait.....had a great time last year. I am coming from Florida and meeting up with a buddy of mine from Michigan, and this will be the start of a 9 day trip for us, which will include 14 parks, and then conclude with Timbers Fest on the 16th and 17th (which will total about 64 coasters)!!! See all of you on the 11th!!!

All on-site registration is the same price (see flyer).

The ERT is a wandering group style. We'll go from one ride to the next until we've hit them all. Generally we get through Delirium and Flight of Fear pretty quick, because those aren't really rides you can sit on all day. :)

Two hours for lunch? Must be a pretty good meal being planned!

And at the moment, it's supposed to be in the International Restaurant above the park entrance. That still depends on what else they booked, though. Could be in the picnic grove. We'll figure it out then.

Last year was great. Can't wait for this years. I really hope that lunch is in the old International Resteraunt...that was one of the things I was looking forward to the most!

As corny as it is, I kind of was too. That'd be a great place to break up the 18 1/2 hour (!) day. :)

Holy Crap! FOF tour again! Awesome!

2AM's too late for me... lol. So I'll do everything then leave at 11 like I did last year.

My people also be reminded that the tours are strenuous with overhead and ground objects. Therefore they are not wheelchair accessible.

wow, 7:30 a.m. check in!!! Are there gonna be any special guesting talking during lunch this year like last year? Just curious. Cannot wait...wish the 11th would get here sooner. :)

It looks like this is going to be another BeastBuzz I have to pass up. Damn. I really enjoyed the event last year and this one sounds to be even better.

A tour of FOF...I really wish I could be there for that alone! I had a blast last year, but due to many circumstances, I will not be able to make it this year. :Sniffle:

Have fun everyone...and take lots of pics!

Jeff, just found out we were going on saturday, but havent registered. The registration dead line has past. So in order to attend this event we would have to be one of the first people to register on site, right? This fact being true what time does the parking lot open? If you could answer my questions I would appreciate it. Thanks
I hope someone will make a detailed report of the day and post it as well as this years scavenger hunt and answers. That has been a favorite TR of mine for years.
Wait... No SoB tour? Crap!

I'll write a highly detailed TR along with scavenger hunt questions and answers. I usually get an extra copy of the hunt forms so I can keep one to reference.

We did the SOB tour the last two years and people seemed to agree it wasn't as visually interesting, so I asked for the daddy tour instead.

Registration opens at 7:30, so if you have to do it on-site, I would suggest doing it sooner than later. I wouldn't worry too much, but don't want to promise anything either. We managed to everyone in last year, and I suspect we'll only have half as many people this year.
