Associated parks:
None

It should be noted that we did not get any employee to unlock the Booth. The DJ was there, and we asked if we could lean in to count. Totally legit.

Next year We will prove who the real PKI Scavenger hunt champions are! lol.

359! :)

[quote}Still, all in all, at the end of the day, we're enthusiasts because we're RIDERS and we live for that cherished ERT.

Some may live for ERT but not everyone. If a park were to have an event where no ERT was offered, I would still attend depending on the price. I know others that won't go to an event unless there is ERT. To each his own I guess.

I am glad you did have fun on the ERT you got though. It sounded like a great time.

Amen, Sean. While fun, ERT is only a bonus. I only go to events when I know I'm gonna be there with people I know that I don't normally get to go to parks with. Oh, and Tina, who I only ever get to see out of the home state, and never in WV...;)

I'm glad we opted for Boomerange Bay over the scavenger hunt. Although season passes would have been nice, living 3.5-4 hours away makes it more difficult for us to hit PKI withouth having to pay for a hotel room (at my age, driving nearly 4 hours, spending a day at a park and then driving home again is too much).

I'd rather die living than live like I'm dead

I'm glad our team opted for the Scavenger Hunt. ALtjough it would have been nice to go ver the answers to see how we actually did!! Being relatively new to the club, I was curious as to how much we really knew about the park. Oh well, small complaint in an otherwise terrific event. Loved the ERT on Beast. I could ride that all night if they'd let me!!! Kudos to the PKI marketing staff, who always go above and beyond the call to make sure we have a good time. Kudos to Jeff for organizing the event.
The only events I attend anymore are Coasterbuzz Events.

Not to offend anyone, but many other events seem to have a huge Majority of Fact Spouting enthusiasses. Coasterbuzz seems to have a great balance of people from all walks of life, and not so many Enthusiasses. It is nice to be able to go to an event and sit back with a few members and have a beer, or two.. or three ;).

~Granted, I know my fair share of facts and Trivia, but I do not feel the need to correct people all the time, or to spout uninteresting facts at people who could care less.. lol

Ok here are the questions we still want to know about:

How many coconuts actually spit?

Names of the themes played not sung?

Height difference between Beast and Beastie (4 or 8)?

"W"'s on sign?

Just curious.

18 coconuts.

Themes? Ask Lumpy. He might still have a list.

Height difference was 8 inches.

I don't remember the number of W's.

18 coconuts.. All of the ones hanging in that section are supposed to spit.. I think.

height difference is 8"

45 W's.

Jesse James' reward was $500

99 people could fit into the store selling raspberry chip.

28 buckets in the maze

Theme songs: I don't remember all of them, but I think their were 5 total. Get Smart is the only one I can think of right now. I'll do an edit later if I can think of anymore.

I'm glad we opted for Boomerange Bay over the scavenger hunt.

I thought about Boomerang but instead opted for a dip in the hotel pool followed by a really pleasant nap. The scavenger hunt never crossed my mind, but in retrospect I wish I'd stuck around for the Beast walkback.

Jeff, I also just wanted to say thanks for putting on such a great event. It is always a fun day in the park.

Also, thanks to everyone at PKI...Jeff, Maureen & Kristin couldn't have been nicer. I am amazed how they seem to make EVERYONE feel so special. I don't know how they can keep it up the whole day.

As for my day...

*Seeing FOF up close for the first time was a lot of fun. (And seeing the old King Cobra cars was also fun.)

*When my team was reading the scavenger hunt list for the first time we thought it wasn't going to be as hard as last years...I think it was way harder...if only for the fact that if you didn't get fast pass tickets in time you could suck up a lot of time on Scooby Doo, The Wild Thornberry's and most of all the IJST...if you missed it the first time round you could be screwed. I think my favorite part of the hunt was counting the Coke logos. The worst part was the error on the 1976 question. My team skipped the lunch and didn't know about it until one minute before the questions were due to be turned in. Needless to say that cost us a few wrong answers since we couldn't unscramble the mystery word...but it was still a fun hunt. Congratulations to all the winners!

*I missed the Beast tour because I got a little side-tracked and lost track of the time.

*The videos at the awards show were fun...hopefully we'll get to see the Brady Bunch one on the big screen next year...it was GREAT!

*My day ended there...I left right after the awards ceremony....I had things to do...and even without the ERT I had a very good time and certainly felt like I got my moneys worth...thanks again.
