I'm glad they had this day so the ride ops will be slightly faster for my visit on Sunday.

Just one train, MikeMir. The other way in the storage shed. No need for two as of yet. In the afternoon, 20 people max. were riding.

I have a question, didn't the park have B&M fill the tracks with sand like Talon to make it so quiet?
I dunno, I think they did because it is very quiet. I'm not sure. It also seems the developed a new chain dog because it doesn't ratchet. The lift is also energy saving.

Is double trouble still going to be open??? It looks like it's not from the pics....

-----------------

Coaster_fanatic, the chain dog doesn't make the ratcheting. That's the clank of the anti-rollbacks on other coasters, however this one's was silent.

Yeah, the chain dog(well, it's the same type of device) ratchets on the Antiroll backs, I wanna know how they got it not to ratchet. The antiroll backs work because on one test they stopped the lift and you could tell it caught an antirollback

Well, considering that Thursday was a media day for B:DK, and not DT, I'm assuming that it wasn't supposed to be running.

You guys are going to die in that queue, there are no covered areas that you will be under for more than a couple seconds. Man, that was a bad choice by Six Flags, but it's a great ride, so it doesn't matter.

Well, its better than standing on a huge slab of concrete we like to call the S:RoS queue.

Cool! sounds VERY Intense. I would definately like to ride that. What is there meant by rough corkscrews?? Usually most new B&M's are very smooth.

-----------------
X LOOKS AWESOME! OH YEA!!!!!

Correction on those scorkscrews. On media day they were slightly rough and now they are very smooth, just very intense.

On opening day I found the corkscrews to be quite rough also, very rough in terms of a B&M. I also found the zero-g roll to be forceless, maybe it was just where I was sitting?

Excalibur, did you sit outside seats, particularly left?

The corkscrews weren't that rough. Beginning of the day, the second one banged me 2 times each time around, end of day it was down to 1 time. I felt it get smoother as the day went on, and 35 rides on this baby is not enough!

Yeah I sat far left in the front and back, it wasnt very rough but I didn't expect it from a new coaster. Next time a keep my restraint a little looser for the zero-g roll.
