^Keith, I think that would be a perfect location, as the entrance and exit would be really nice if they are in the area just to the left of Tony Hawk's "ramp" on the fan turn. That area is decorated nicely with the rocks and foilage!! Also, hasn't land been cleared right over in that area?

If Six Flags were smart they'd get some corporation -- Home Depot, let's say -- to pay for the constuction of the ride. In exchange the company name would be part of the official name of the ride -- Home Depot Thrill Coaster...yeah, that's lame but it's 7am and I've had no coffee.

I think it's pretty safe to assume that it is no longer a rumor, and it's just a matter of time for the press release. That shouldn't be too far off Sept? Oct?

There are some new pics on sfftnet.com that show a couple of survey markers in the area.

CA's isn't a confirmed B&M. Only rumored.

And we don't know yet if Batman is being erected, not yet anyways.

LOL. Actually I hear they're gonna get 1/2 of SFGAm's old Arrow multi-looper. Not sure if it's Shock or Wave ;)

Wow. THAT brings back memories.

SFDK still has Tidal Wave in its parking lot...And there are plenty of unerected coasters sitting in storage at other parks (Ultra Twister, the SLC from SFAW)...This still isn't a definite (though I think it will go up at FT).

Is Tidal Wave STILL at SFDK? I missed it on my visit in May. I did see the loading platform and slab for Zonga though. :(

Didn't they use Tidal Wave to replace some track on Greezed Lightnin' at SFKK? Not to get too off topic...

So I guess the thing that sets those coasters apart from BTR from SFNO is that Tidal wave is being used for scrap?
