Bad ad placement

I have no issues with ads in general, as they help support this awesome site, but on mobile recently, there has been a really awful ad from the top of the screen that goes down and covers the forum toolbar or whatever it’s called and even when minimized, it won’t let me press the “recent” button.

I see how it's unintentionally blocking. Let me see if I can turn it off.
