Autospiels

Does anyone know where I can download a CP or MiA autospiel? I'd really like to have one on my computer.

Who can go a whole day at MiA riding Timbers ONCE? Repeat after me: "I hate parent chaperones"

"Welcome to Magnum XL-200. You are ascending to a height of two hundred five feet. You will reach a speed of seventy-two miles per hour. For your own safety, remain seated, with your hands and arms inside the train at all times. Hold onto all loose articles. And be prepared for any sudden stops throughout your ride. Thank you and enjoy your ride on Magnum XL-200."

I love it when you're in the Soak City lot at like 2AM and this is all you hear because the autospiel wasn't turned off!

Sorry, I don't have any actual recordings of spiels...

I know SOMEBODY (*cough*Kara*cough*) had the Timbers spiel.

Timbers spiel =EVIL!

Be nice to ride op's. No matter how slow unfriendly and uncaring they may seem Most work hard to make your day great.

Shivering Timbers is famous for its speed, airtime, and legendary configuration. The out and back.

A whole summer of Fun! Lets Go!

All I need is 4.5 million bucks and a half a mile long sliver of land and maybe someone could build me my very own Shivering Timbers. ;)

If there's one thing from my CP trip earlier this year that will be stuck in my head for quite some time, it's this:
"Thank you, and enjoy your ride on Magnum XL-200."
There are probably at least two factors to this:
1. It's kind of cool how "Magnum XL-200" sounds in the spiel.
2. My dad, my friend, and I played mini-golf at Challenge Park the night before, so we got to hear a lot of that spiel (and Magnum's chain lift). I actually remember thinking "Come on, Magnum, don't mess up my shot!"

I remember "Welcome to Millennium Force" (and that's all I remember of the spiel) too.

When I rode Magnum, as with all other coasters at CP, the speil was done by the ride attendants, and not by a machine. What's going on, here?

Maggie has an autospiel on the lift hill. Wicked twister and Millie only have an autospiel.

Magnum, Gemini, Raptor, and White Water Landing have lift spiels. I think coaster lift spiels are pointless though, because the anti-rollbacks are so loud, the only time you can hear it is when you're right in front of the speaker.

Who thinks the Magnum, Gemini, and Raptor spiels are annoying, pointeless, useless, and ought to either have their sound systems redone so that the spiels are audible on the lift, or they ought to just be shut down entirely and put out of our misery.

Amen Dave...I think that goes for a lot of the parks sound systems. The old fashion "horn" speakers do so much to recreate and amplify the sound.

Muuah....Muahh....Muahh.Muahh.Muahh....Muahh

Waiting for the CP announcement to be made so that about 1000+ posts will be made complaining about it.

I'm actually looking for a WAVE FILE though.

How about: "Please remain...click...click...click...click...click..and enjoy your ride.

So you believe that you are studying us, then kindly explain why you are the ones trapped in your seats.

A simple search for "auto spiel" brought it right up .
It's not good quality at all, but that's what I got.

Rumor is we're getting headsets next year :). Death to the automated spiel!

Since we are on the topic of spiels, does anyone know the words or have a recording to the Batman the Ride spiel from any of the Six Flags? I'm pretty sure it's the same spiel at all the parks that have B:TR. I know it's supposed to be Alfred's voice (the butler in the movies). I kept trying to memorize it at CoasterCelebration at SFGAd, but the ride ops kept turning it off.
If we have an autospiel for our Batman, it's too noisy for anyone to hear it. Everyone knows what to do, anyway, and the few who don't are helped by the ride ops.
no, SFGA doesn't have an autospiel for Batman. either that or the ride ops turn it off. what we do have is the Batman theme and some 80's music. I was about to classify the music as being bad, but then I realized that there wasn't much good music in the 80's to begin with!

Do any of you know how to build a sundial out of a pen and a donut?
uh oh, sounds like someone has a case of the mondays.

Allright. I was wondering if I was going nuts... I couldn't remeber ever hearing one.

Hey, I like the music! Sure, the 80's stuff can be annoying, but there's a lot more Batman theme that 80's. I can remember as a kid, waiting in the sewer pipes, the creepy "Duhh, duh duh DUHHH Duhh duuuhhhhh" really psyching me out.

Do they not have music on the other Batmen? That would take away a lot from the experience...

If I iknow Kara, the spiels won't live long at all! SFGA Bob, does Prince (or the Artist formerly known as, or just simply the Sign, or the Artist, or whatever) fall into that category? That's all they play!
