Atlantis

Lord Gonchar - Have you ever been to Atlantis?

Tekno - While I don't buy into the whole moon conspiracy, I do think that there was never a commercial airplane that hit the Pentagon on 9/11.

Down is the new up.
I forget where I heard this, but I heard that you can tell the landing on the moon really happened and not a hoax. How?

Shadows.

The atmosphere of the earth makes a faint haze around the outside of the shadow. So if it were a hoax, the video of them walking on the moon would have the same haze around the shadow. However, the video didn't have the haze.

(NOTE: I'm not sure if this is true or not, it's only what I had heard)

I think it was a space vessel headed for the moon that landed on the pentagon and sunk Atlantis.

I hear Sasquatch currently resides there with his current wife, Nessie, and that they're thinking of turning it into a theme park. Go figure.

Peabody-Sounds like fun:)

Moosh-Very Bad. Go to...Aw, nevermind.

Word-seen it, feel the same way, wonder what it really was...

dannerman-that is part of the reason. There are many more out there. We may have, but I just wonder why we haven't been back since...

Gonch-shaddap;)

Make fun all you want, but a lot of things don't add up with the pentagon situation.

Down is the new up.
And the fact that all of the other eye witness video's were confiscated by the government just tells me that the Gov. was trying to hide what really hit the Pentagon.

But I don't think that the plane that went down in Pa. just crashed either. I think it was forced down...

What does the moon have to do with atlantis? So I will take all these comments as "yes" you would like to see an atlantis park. Just wanted to know coasterbuzz crazies opinions. Thanks all!
I would like to know what sort of ideas everyone has for an atlantis park, what would you like to see, what sort of theming would be cool. Let me know what you think.
atlantis re-rising? Wouldn't that be Aqua-Phoenix Atlantis Park!
sounds, ehhhh, good to me... :)

Wait a min. Are you planning on opening up such a park? If so, I'm not giving any more free info to you or anybody else. You start payin, I'll be in your little 'focus group'.:)
Tekno,

Just get a patent and then reveal all your great ideas, hehe.

How about an Earth, Wind, Fire, and Water themed park? Or how about the seasons?

Better yet, a disco-themed park.

Gawd, gotta stop eating all these sugar-laced goodies...

"You're a shining star", no matter who you are, oh wait you said Earth, Wind, Fire and Water not Earth, Wind and Fire, my bad.

Just add heart, oddly enough, and you have a Captain Planet themed park. It would definately have sucked to be the kid with the heart power. . .

In my opinion, the theme is less important than the quality of the rides. I'm not saying themes aren't important, but I think that theme/no theme is the difference. Most people won't care whether a ride is themed to batman/superman/atlantis, just so long as there is something (within reason).

Down is the new up.
So basically what you all are saying, is that you wouldn't like to see an atlantis park? What if they designed their own rides, and had things that you had never seen or heard of before? Then would you be interested? This wouldn't be a park that only buys rides from other companies, but that would be secret until it was opened. Are you telling me that you wouldn't want to go?
Moon landing? Atlantis? Pentagon? Cover-up? Conspiracy?

The answer is so obvious. Every bit of it is Six Flags fault. And Arrow, they were in on it too.

As far as an Atlantis theme park goes, I hope they play the Donovan song over and over and over and over throughout the whole park.

I'd rather hear "We like to party" every hour on the hour.

Dave Dragon, go Dave Dragon, and the Star Force Five!

Or that Mammas and the Poppas song. Oh, no. Wait. That was Aquarious.

I could care less about an Atlantis theme park becuase it probably isn't going to happen. And unless you have Disney Cash, it ain't gonna be a place where they design and build all they're own rides(and if they do, god help us). And there isn't any way it could be built without people knowing about it. No one has one of those flasy thingies off of Men in Black. That was just a movie.

As nosey as people on this board are who can find out what company has what patent and for what before it is announced, a new theme park would be easy to find out.

^^the vengaboys sang that^^ lol.
What I'd really like to know is why there aren't more photos and isn't more discussion about this coaster:

http://www.parkfunworld.be/coasterdumois/2004/atlantis_adventure.htm

I know the page is in a different language, but the coaster looks awesome! I have yet to find any in-depth reports or a thorough collection of photos, so if anyone knows where there are some on the web, please let me know.
Thanks!

Pete
