There's nothing like those few seconds of airtime on AC.  I also enjoyed SROS at SFA with its ejector air at the end.  Unfortuanately I've only been to BGW, PKD, SFA, and HP so I haven't been on many coasters with intensity or airtime.

I'd say both.  But if I realy had to choose, I would go with airtime.  If you've ever ridden PR, Jackrabbit at Kennywood, Magnum at CP or Shivering Timbers at MA you know what I'm talking about.
