Revolution at Six Flags Magic Mountain is said to be haunted in that tunnel (where like 20 yrs ago a female worker got ran over by the train, to retrieve a hat). It is said she is there almost everynight, and past 9:00 she will watch the train go at least twice, and even sleeps in the tunnel every night.

Mkay. Good story, except that:

1. No one has ever died in Revolution's tunnel.

2. 2 employees HAVE been killed by the ride, but the first one (in 1977) was a male groundskeeper struck in the head by the train out on the course (the employee was deaf, and thus did not hear the warning to clear the track area). The second one, a female, died sometime in the late-1990's, but that was in the station, when she fell under a train being brought in to load.

Other than those facts, your ghost story is entirely plausible... ;-)

Last time I checked the Texas Giant wasn't at SFGAM. But maybe that's just me.

Ok here is what I know as a Coaster and Paranormal Enthusiast. I worked at PGA for 7 years and constant stories circulate regarding the land the Whizzer used to stand on (between White Water Falls and Pictorium) of strange things going on (not as many since they tore down the old boarding station though) And Disneyland has multiple places reported to be haunted Including Matterhorn, Haunted Mansion, Pirates Etc.

If you go to www.theshadowlands.net into the Ghost Stories section you can go State by State I know there are many in the California section but as you read there are a few errors I have found (you will know when you find Top Gun)

It isn't so bad. . .
Once you're used to it

I heard about the Whizzer one at PGA. That old delapidated boarding station was really creepy too, with all the overgrown shrubbery around it.

Beastfreak,

I know what you are talking about and I always accredited it to being to winds up by the observation area. But I have never had any of these "hauntings" in the park happen to myself. But what is freaky is when you are down by Top Gun by yourself, and a racoon decides to try to get the garbage bag in your hand and blindsides ya. Thats freaky.

That's a neat little story. What makes it a tad more interesting to me is the whole "unable to photograph" it thing. I'd never heard this story but immediately checked the CP photos I have on my hard drive. Lo and behold I have indeed taken a picture of the horse (far right). That'll be a fun story to tell about that pic.

*Beleive it or Not*

* The Blue Streak's tunnel at Conneaut Lake Park is haunted by skunks.

* The ghost of Walt Disney swims in the pools of the Matterhorn Bobsleds at Disneylandin the early morning hours.

* The Mean Streak at CP was once shut down for a week because somone saw an axe chopping at the supports and no one was swing it.

* There was a ghost that once haunted Idora Park and threw whip cream pies at riders at the bottom of the first hill of the Wildcat. Legend has it that moonshine was made underneath the Jack Rabbit.

Actually, on moonless nights, the Whizzer itself makes ghostly appearances in the woods behind the old station...the far-off screams easily confused for a screech owl. Booo-hoo-ha-ha-ha!

I heard about the PKI haunting years ago, although I heard it was a little girl rather than a little boy, but she loves to hang around the Racer.

What a way to spend the afterlife! I think I would pick Cedar Point as my final place to roam.

Unlimited rides for eternity (while messing with the guests)

Yeah, I know, that's kind of creepy and demented. LOL!

I had no idea about the hisstory of the Muller Horse, and enjoyed reading the story behind it. I don't know if I ever took a photo of it or not, but I will check. :-)

I have also heard that SFA is haunted. This is dealing with The Sea Coaster and a little girl that died and was burried on the park grounds before it was a park, or something. Her gravesite was where Typhoon now resides and during construction they knocked over her grave which she now haunts. If you look to the left of the lift hill on the hill with all the tree's there is an old house, which is where she lived.

it's weird, in the RCT1 SFA re-creation i downloaded off the net, the house in in the re-creation. i didn't notice it when i was there in 2001, i'll have 2 look this summer when i go. is the house in the park grounds?
