Are hotels just to sleep at?

If it's mentioned, it's not a hidden fee. As noted, I know Ticketmaster. I'm no fan of Ticketmaster, but I know Ticketmaster.

There are no hidden fees. There are fees revealed late in the process, sure -- but customers have the choice to opt out and not accept the fees or not make the purchase.

Ticketmaster wasn't giving you the "gift" of a processing fee. You chose to pay the processing fee in order to get the tickets.
