Are boomarangs THAT bad?

I personally enjoy boomerangs. I've ridden Mind Eraser at SFWoA, and it's ok. I really enjoyed Boomerang at Knott's, which I thought to have less headbanging, plus a fun ride op. Going backwards through the loop and cobra roll is real fun. A boomerang I don't think I'll ever get tired of is Deja Vu, which is the ultimate boomerang.
Boomerangs are one of the very few rides that I quickly get tired of. Deja Vu, now that looks fun. Why oh why couldn't SFEG chosen at least an Invertigo? :(

Why are we resurrecting two topics on boomerangs?

Well, It is a coaster experience every coaster fanatic needs to do. While not my favorite, it's still pretty cool.

I did Face/Off, and my only complaints were the line was too long and the ride was too rough...

I'm hoping to get to ride Deja Vu soon... :)

Well, I dunno if you count Two Face a Bommerang, but it was exciting and fun, rode it 3 times in one day.  I think them types are fun, unless I got the wrong type of Coaster. =/

Favorite Coaster: Alpengeist!

Boomerangs are ok, I like going backwards better than forwards! One thing about them I hate is the headbanging-:( ouch- those otsr's- but when I think about it just about every coaster with otsr's have headbanging probs!!:(:(

deja is small in track legnth at least and its cloned and most people love it

My Dad, a coaster rider dating back to the Riverview Bobs, said that he liked Sidewinder @ HersheyPark the best out of their coasters. He liked it even better than Face/Off @ PKI. (runner-up ride was Wildcat).

Boomers are okay for what they are. I dont have any headache complains and I started to grey out on Sidewinder (gotta LOVE a ride that can do that to ya ;)). I enjoy them, but then again, I've only been on two (HP and SFWoA), unless you count the invertigos as well (Face/Off, Two-Face, which I like more than Raptor....) What I find funny is that no one complains about the Schwarzkoph shuttle loopers.
