Any Idea what this is? (Kozmo dropping hints on new ride)

First they posted pics of a control panel

Another hint was "IMPULSE" but they deny that it is an impulse twister like Possessed, maybe one of you guys who has ran rides, can glean something from the control panel?

Crappy Telemecanique buttons usually mean Zamperla.

Maybe that's what they'll name it.

I'm confused on how someone could be disappoint(ed) without knowing what the announcement is.

i am weird that way...

It doesn't matter what knoebels adds or doesn't add, its still my favorite park and always will be!

Apparently they pulled a permit for a new electrical substation in the pavillion area, so i would imagine whatever they are adding is substantial, or their electric service is maxxed out.

Knoebels is my favorite park also but some little zamperella ride would be disappointing

Little Zamperla ride? That's a broad statement. It could be anything from a major coaster to a kiddie ride.

Zamperella? I think I had one of those with powdered sugar at a carnival once...

The amusement park rises bold and stark..kids are huddled on the beach in a mist

What's weird is that, knowing the original poster, you're confused about him being disappointed. He doesn't like much as best I can tell. I mean, he likes Knoebels, but he's going to hate their new ride before he even knows what it is.

I'm surprised he's not asking us if his brother will fit.

And I thought Zamperella was the new Disney Princess...

Meh.. was typing on my phone.

Anyhow, does Zamperla make anything that would merit a viral marketing campaign?

Something like an Air Race ride would be disappointing IMO.

I like a lot of things.. except Disney... Disney blows. The cost/benefit(fun) ratio just isnt there.

What kind of question is that?

First of all, they have a website which shows all of their offerings. It was the first result when I Googled Zamperla.

Second, looking at their website, there are all kinds of awesome looking rides that would be a great fit for Knoebels. All kinds...

I'm glad you think so, because I'd hate for you to be stinking up the midways in an already crowded park of people having a good time.

Yeah, I was at Magic Kingdom tonight, on a crowded holiday weekend, but still knocked out five rides of my kid's choosing in three hours. He had a blast, so I did too.

Kind of looks like this GCI control panel

I read somewhere that Allen Bradley display would typically be a US ride, and a European ride would use a Siemens display. Who knows..

Flying Turns getting Rocky Mountain'd.

The trick was to surrender to the flow.
