Jeff, have you ever considered a temporary printable card? Like the ones I get from Progressive for my auto insurance while I wait on the cards in the mail. I think ACE does this as well.

There are a hundred different ways I would prefer to do it, chief among them not mailing anything at all, but the parks won't buy in to them. I may have something new to try next year, but we'll see.
