In before clothes.
Seriously though, this happens every time there's a major incident at an amusement park. The media reports on every little subsequent thing that happens and ends up sensationalizing things that aren't terribly unusual such as ride stoppages.

I found a useful tool (which, surprisingly exists) to help you translate: http://convertcase.net/
"Sorry the caps is stuck on this lap top....Coffee spillage....Total shock of todays news...What do you all think of it..."
Proper grammar and a variety of punctuation other than "..." exists, but alas
Rides close every day in every theme park for a variety of reasons. For all we know it was weather related (not to suggest it was raining metal clips - which would be terrifying)
