A PM system - CoasterBuzz

I think a private messaging system would be nice. It's an easy way to contact someone on the site, and all othe forums I visit have one. How hard would it be Jeff?

You can with alot of the other nicer messaging board systems. I don't know if Jeff could add it or not but it would be nice.

If I recall correctly, a PM system was supposed to be in POP Forums 6 but didn't end up making the release.

Exactly. It will likely be in the next version, but that's way down the priority list at the moment.

Besides, there would always be a message from someone annoying popping up to bug you. If there's no way to disable it, I don't think you should add it. It's your site Jeff, do with it what you want.

87 different coasters for this year and counting... 149 total!

Well the way I am talking, is you have a User CP ( Control Panel.) You could go there and change some stuff and one of the options is to accept PM's or not. Another could be to automatically open in another window when you get online or you check it yourself. Seems fine to me!
